Bought my truck here last year, was pushed into a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty, had an exhaust manifold that cracked. Guess what, the $2700 extended warranty doesn't cover exhaust manifold. They covered replacement of the gasket but I'm still out an additional $287 bucks. Not happy

Brought my 2002 super duty in to diagnose and hopefully fix a brake system problem. Something was causing the brakes to self apply while driving. In previous 4 weeks I had worn through a set of pads and heat cracked my rotors. Ken Garff failed miserably to find root of the problem and kept pushing $1200 worth of new pads and rotors, saying they needed to fix obvious problems first DESPITE me repeatedly telling them something must be causing the self application of the brakes and it would be stupid to pay for new pads and rot... read more
Great customer service. Dropped my car for repair in the morning and it was finished the same day in the afternoon. Courtesy shuttle drove me back home and picked me up to go back to the dealership when the car was ready. Driver was super nice. Warrenty covered everything. Person from the bay even helped me with connecting my phone to car using bluetooth. Drove away feeling great.
I've never been treated so poorly at any Car Dealership as I was here by numerous people. I came in the day after the Auto Expo to look at two cars. The Focus ST because they did not have one at the expo to test drive because of the manual transmission and also the new Mustang thanks to an incredible experience driving it at the expo.
