State Farm is not honest at all. Even when they admit they did something wrong, they still won't make the situation right. First off, I am not one to review companies like this but due to the current situation, I feel compelled. My daughter (20) yrs old was driving in her lane going down a straight road that has 2 lanes in each direction. The left lane was stopped due to a red light a couple hundred yards ahead. State Farm in my words is completely horrible company all together, I hit a coyote in my brand 2023 car with less than 200 miles on it, the date I hit the coyote was 04/05/2023. it is now 04/27/2023 and State Farm isn't cooporating with the body shop because the body shop that has my car isn't on their list of contracted collision bodyshops and that reasoning is because those shops use, used and refurbished car parts. Today I was contacted by a state employees rep by the name of Alvin S****** about a claim from 2020 from which he stated his company made a double payment. The rep was completely unprofessional and began threatening to send me to collections over a bill that has already been and wasn’t in fact a double payment. I advised him that I have proof of documentation/payment showing it wasn’t a double payment. Avoid at all costs. They are denying hail damage due to it being the wrong color even though I have documentation of no previous damage, photos of the large hail, and security camera footage of it.

I've been with State Farm for approximately 6 months. I had a claim in February that they Denied because the vehicle was previously fixed. By ******* *********with a windshield. The windshield continued to leak and messed up some interior items state farms. Told me they would replace it. I ended up buying a replacement just To find out they denied my claim because it was previously fixed by *******. I received an insurance check made out to me and my ex wife after we divorced. She's remarried and neither one of us can cash it. So it goes to unclaimed property. I e tried to get them to split it between the two of us or reissue it as "or" instead of "and" long story short they said there is nothing that can be done so no one gets the reimbursement. To me it's theft.

I am very disappointed in State Farm I was looking for a more economical insurance for my house and cars, I was quoted a price that seemed like a good fit. Then about 3 months later my monthly payment went up from 270to 337. I called immediately and was told that I hadn’t down loaded the safe driver app which would save l me save 10percent on my insurance and they neglected to charge me ten dollars for my trailer.
