This is one of the biggest scam companies in US I have 5 cars insured plus home owners plus business plus workers comp and after all that I have been treated like ***…… my wife got in accident which it wasn’t our fault the car have been seating at the shop over 4 months and they would not move a finger to do something to help there customers, over the phone they said they have no control of the field adjuster’s and i have to seat and wait as long it will takes but why do I need to wait so much to inspect my vehicle?? my clam... read more

Quota you a price then slowly raise it up . I left my old company was paying 140$ a month... State farm quotes me 118.. Two years later I am paying 150. I looked at my history and they raised my price every 3 months... Now I am paying more then I was for a car I put 5k miles on in two years!!! State Farm is a rip-off

If I could give a -5 I would. They were responsible to damage to my vehicle and after multiple days of calling and sitting on hold, being told I would receive a call back, placed on hold and disconnected from the call on their end. They essentially told me to get fucked. Worst customer service in the scam called insurance

I've been reading the negative reviews on here about State Farm and feel compelled to add another one with my experience with them. Over a month ago we had heavy wind damage in the area and some of my shingles blew up and folded over and at least one blew completely off the roof. I filed a claim as soon as I noticed it and send them a couple of pictures. A week or so later an inspector came to look at the roof and took the blown off shingle with him to get analyzed. Our state farm claims handler charged the other persons *********** insurance for repairs on our car that have never been completed, our 2008 c6 corvette has been sitting for over 6 months not fixed and WAS a daily driver now it sits unusable and unfixed, I called claims and a lady named Amari flat out refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor stating she didn't have to alow me, was extremely rude and unhelpful, I have been a state farm customer for 20 years, driving for 37 with NOT ONE accident, I have been a faithful cu... read more

They sent out an insurance adjuster to my heavily damaged house caused by wind which had damage to the roof, garage door, storm door and siding, it looked promising at first that I could get this all fixed until I received a call from State Farm telling me that their estimate for a new garage door, new storm door, front half of the roof because they refuse to put a whole new roof on and the rental of a 12 yard dumpster would come to a grand total of $5,000 and some odd change and they would put the check in the mail. After years with another insurance company and continuous rising of rates I decided to shop around and look for a better rate. Tried State Farm and all was great until weeks later they tell me they were dropping my auto policies because my husband had his license suspended for a non moving ticket 5 years prior to setting this new insurance up. My case closed with ****** dealer in April 2023; they don’t pay me back , the reason is that I don’t choose store from their list and my payment is above their estimate ; even if I am fully covered , but they still ignore me even if I email and call them for many many times …..

StateFarm is the worst company to do business with. My daughter was involved in an accident March of 2022, not her fault, it is now May of 2023 and they still have not settled the claim. Another driver rear ended her while she was sitting still stopped behind a school bus. The kid claimed he was on his phone, even told the cop that. Her car was 5 days old at the time of the accident. Causing $5000.00 worth of damage and also diminished the value of her vehicle by $13,400. We had it appraised after the repairs were made. They... read more
