I was rear-ended by a truck insured by State Farm over a year ago. I have had 2 surgeries and have spent 9 days in the hospital. I've been in PT for a total of 4 months and still am not cleared to work. The original "offer" from SF adjuster was $5000. That doesn't even cover my PT. I have over $70000 in hospital bills and haven't worked in 13 months and these jackwads can't even come to us with any offer other than the original one. I have the same story as Ana M. I am currently waiting on State farm to either Approve my claim from a damaged water pipe in the wall or Deny. this company is a sham. Obviously this complaint service isn't going anywhere since their cooperate offices do not care about their customer service. Do your job state farm. do the job im paying you for.

I didn’t know if it is the worst because I have policies with it for my whole life but I can say it is pretty bad company. I did not notice this until recently I ran into an issue. Roof was damaged by strong wind. After repeated calling, it eventually sent out its inspect, and estimated cost was 10% of contractor asked for. I was puzzling if it believed the cost was so low, why didn’t it hire a contractor to do the repair for me? I don’t need its money, I need a repair job done! Love my local agency, but man, the claims department will not get back in touch with me. I am moving and was told by the statefarm roof inspector that i needed a few things fixed (all fell below my deductible) I am a guy who really wants to be fair, but my roofer took pictures of damage that my inspector missed and sent them to statefarm for review ( my gutter had hail damage but not my roof was the gist) All I wanted was to be communicated with. Dealing with claims was a nightmare. Spoke with multiple people. No one ever had the same answer. They were rude and couldn’t answer any of my questions. At one point they had notes that I wouldn’t answer/respond. When I was on the phone with claims when someone else called. I also got them everything they asked for in less than a day. After reaching out multiple times and the claim was closed an agent finally started to answer my questions. Unfortunately at that point it was too late. State Farm has an absolute Gem named Dawn at the Lincoln Village location. She was calming and very kind. I truly mean the 5 stars for State Farm. I feel very protective with their insurance with car and rental. Thank you again!!

State Farm is ABSOLUTELY the worst with dealing with a claim and overall customer service. I was in an accident on 09/19/2022. At the time, I was using the other party's insurance to work on the claim. The vehicle repairs started on Feb. 13. After the vehicle was unassembled, there was considerable damage to the frame and the car was deemed a total loss. Unfortunately, that party's insurance only covered part of the settlement. The worst experience I’ve ever had. From having to hold on the phone for hours, from not getting their correspondence, from not getting their quotes, from talking to rude people that don’t know anything, from having to pay extra on a rental car that I shouldn’t have, From dealing with inexperienced people, from dealing with their technical support, their terrible website, if you are thinking about going to StateFarm think again save yourself some trouble. Dodged a bullet here. Atrocious customer service before I even signed up for service. I attempted to get a quote online and their online quote system gets stuck and won't let me add my vehicle. I contacted the customer service number and after having my time wasted on voice cues I finally got a selection for "technical support with the website".
