Buying a home should be fun and exciting. A major part of what makes it that, is a good realtor. Kathy was incredible! She went out of her way throughout this transaction to find service people that we needed (we live 400 miles away from where the house was in Whitewater, Wi). She arranged for movers, contractors, cleaners, and even found someone to take down an internet component from the roof for us. Then we threw a huge challenge her way.....how to close on the sale while we were completely out of touch on a boat in Georgian Bay with no reliable internet, fax machines or printers....and get signatures notarized!! Katie is extremely professional, knowledgable and works tirelessly for her clients. We listed our home with Katie and had multiple offers come in within 24 hours. Katie took the time to carefully photograph and market our home in a way drove traffic immediately. She is very detail oriented and made the selling process very easy for us. Kathy was an excellent agent to work with. We have been looking in the area for over a year and must have seen 30+ homes. She consistently kept us informed of any/all new homes listed in the area and was readily available to show us homes within minimal notice time. We would use Kathy again if/when we sell move and/or upgrade our existing home.
