Kristin is top notch. I listed my home with her and would recommend her again and again. My first time selling she handled everything with kindness, patience and understanding. Very professional, showed up on time, very thorough to every little detail. My home sold within the first three months. The only person I would go to for buying or selling.

Highly recommend Kristin! She not only showed us over 30 houses before finding the perfect house, everything went so smooth. We hired her again 4 years later to sell our house because of a job transfer, it took only 6 days to sell! She's such a sweetheart, very knowledgable and honest, she was a pleasure to work with. I'm so sad we won't be working with her anymore. We now live in MN. This women is totally deadecated to her job, she knows it well and proves to be a 5 star over and over again.

Kristin has been my agent for 7 years now. She has represented me as a buyer and seller on EIGHT transactions. She has also been very knowledgeable and responsive. I commend the patience she has had with us as we have been on the quest to find that "perfect" home. Kristin is very professional but also takes the time to get to know her clients. She explains every step in a clear and easily understood manner. I would highly recommend Kristin either selling or buying a home.

My experience with Kristin is that is she is unresponsive and can't believe what she says - after signing the listing agreement didn't hear from on any progress or updates for over a month. Her idea of communication is to send an e-mail comment on a listing report that was pushed to her after 30 days about her wishes :that people would call on the home.... she is unprofessional =she has no follow up no attention to the listing once she got it. in mu opinion she did nothing to obtain a buyer and doesn't communicate

Janis is a thoroughly professional realtor who goes out of her way to represent her clients. She took the time to learn what our needs were, and then she spent the time to make sure we found the home that met our needs. We certainly appreciated her knowledge of the market and her follow through during the buying process.

Janice knows the Lake Geneva market like the back of her hand, she made sure she understood what we were looking for and sent us listings as soon as they showed up in addition she graciously worked with me on a rental property a few years ago even though she is a high end of market agent so you eally cannot do better than Janice in this market.
