I had a good experience with Kristin Stahulak . I listed with her I had a condo to sell she had pics taken and listed it. I live in Illinois so she took care of the showings contacting renter she took care of everything went up there the day of closing done deal she is very professional and dedicated to what she does.
Kristen is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I sold and bought last year 2015 through her. She was very patient never in a hurry was always there when I had questions.
