Ryan was awesome to deal with. He patiently showed us a bunch of condos and homes. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Delavan area. He always answered my questions no matter how small..... and still does after the sale. He was patient with the contract negotiation dealing with 2 out of state parties. He has even gone out of his way after the purchase to help let contractors in to do work when we were not available. I have no issue highly recommending him and think you would be very happy using him.

Janis not only sold our home, but she helped us negotiate a fair deal on our new home. She kept in contact with us during the process. We had a death in the family in the middle of everything....and Janis was very helpful in making the inspections, and closing go as smooth as possible.
