My wife and I had a great experience working with Kristin Stahulak. After viewing many homes a offer was expected on a home. The seller had many issues, Kristin worked thru theis difficult issues. This deal did not work out. Kristin then kept working for us and found a home we liked even better and we closed on it. We would highly recommend Kristin Stahulak for your home buying experience.

We used Janis to sell our house in Geneva National. She did a great job. Always called back when I called her and very knowledgeable on the real estate market. I got frustrated, however she hung in there. I would definitely recommend her.
