Janis made our first-time home buying experience wonderful! She was very thorough in explaining everything from start-to-finish what to expect in every aspect of purchasing a home. I met Janice initially when I approached her as a buyer on a home she was listing agent for. I ended up retaining her as buyer's agent on a different home. She has excellent understanding of the market she works in, which is actually full of submarkets that are all different.

Kristen is a must have realtor. She is a very knowledgeable in the homes she shows you. The Best experience that I have in selling a house. Got an offer in the first weekend of the showing and closing in 30days with a 99% of asking . Janis personally handled ALL paper works and coordinated all the preparation to get the house ready for showing. She is a hands on person, taking care all the details.
