Ryan can make it happen.. He has the knowledge to price your home for resale and he was instrumental in making a turnkey sale become a reality. Yes , a sale without the problem of moving anything. a smooth transaction and he guided us all the way. Kathy was fabulous to work with. I had to sell my house to buy the one I wanted and that isn't an easy task to coordinate but she did a fantastic job of getting my house sold and getting me in my new house within the timeframe of the home sale contingency timeline and both closings went so smoothly.
