I listed my home with Ryan. The market was not very hot at the time and it took longer than usual to sell. Ryan was low key and didn't pressure me to accept an offer that we received that I didn't want to accept. He kept advertising the property and we had many showings. Finally, another offer came in and we actually got more than the price I was willing to accept from the first buyer that I turned down! He returns calls promptly and his office has good employees.
My company has used Kristin to sell many properties. All conditions and many locations. We were very satisfied with the consistencies in all areas of services no matter the value of the properties.
