Kathy did a great job. Our home sold in 5 days.!! She also helped us find another home before we sold this one. We were happy that she was responsive to our requests.
Our first contact with Kristin was through Zillow. We asked for more info on a house. The house already had an accepted offer. Based on the details of that house she sent us a daily email with similar houses. Because of that we chose to use her as are agent. Over a 2-3 week period she must have showed us or promtly responded to our inquiries of 15-20 houses. She was always prompt and professional. We were first time home buyers and there were no dumb questions. She was a joy to work with.
Kristin made sure that I was updated promptly everything. She responded quickly and patiently to all my texts and phone calls. If I didn't understand something, she explained it in a way that I understood it. She knew what she was She knew what she was doing and my house sold quickly. I felt very confident through the whole process that she was on the job.
Kristin has sold two homes for us. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Was a great experience each time. I look forward to working with her when we're ready to buy our next home.
Kristin was the absolute best in the area. She cares very much about her clients and has a very personal commitment to seeing the things through to the end. She took as much time as we needed and was very patient with us for the year it took to sell our home and find a new one.

We used Jerry to sell our cabin and would highly recommend him. The number of showings we had with Jerry increased when we started to use him as our realtor. He personally brought a lot of his buyers through our cabin, one of which ended up buying the cabin. He was also very helpful in setting up contractors to take care of the punch list from our home inspection. He really went above and beyond what I expected.
