Your security guard attacked me for where I parked in the emergency room parking lot, when my 60 year old father had a heart attack you cared more about where I Parked then anything else when I only parked in a handicap spot with my tag... we ended up leaving when it got verbally insane with my 5 children in the car. You guys are horrible and nobody even cared to fix this. You guys should not have people like that working in healthcare serving a community being disrespectful and I will not let it go
This afternoon as I was ascending the staircase to the parking garage, a KAISER EMPLOYEE wearing a red KP shirt OPENLY SNEEZED on me while she passed by. She had both of her hands on her cell phone and was NOT WEARING A MASK! She didn't even attempt to cover her sneeze. I am SHOCKED and APPALLED by this behavior. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and asthmatic, and to have my sense of safety ripped away by a CARELESS EMPLOYEE is absolutely unacceptable!

Make it easy for customers to get a message / talk to their doctor. On Thursday I called 800-464-4000 to have a consultation with a specific doctor, I was told I needed to call 424-328-2460 on Monday since their offices would be closed on last Friday. On the Kaiser Website this doctor's phone number is published as 310-325-5111. I called the 424 number and it was a recording. They use a removal service to transport their deceased that is owned by a racist who sends people horrible messages on Facebook.
Just because we are in COVID pandemic doesn't mean you should remove the appointment option. I pay about $1200 a year for premium medical care the sad part is i probably visit the doctor 1-2 times a year. You guys are making big bucks from client like myself.
