waiting with a 93 year old with femoral bruising and excruciating hip pain. 4 hours is way too long, especially as she has had nothing to eat or drink in 24 hours, and was not allowed her regular daily meds for heart and b.p. They claim to be busy, but my friend deserves attention.They did not even do a blood draw for labs until she had been waiting over 2 1/4 hours. Just shameful, really...

my granddaughter had surgery there went back to ER with a different issue the staff was very respectful and helpful we got in not even 10 minutes we were out very quickly with good news from the doctor..thank you Kaiser medical center..

The worst service available in the field. Emergency room Absolutely rude, inhumane and embarrassing staff a RN in particular front desk Asian female. She definitely picked the wrong field. Needs to be re-evaluated!!!! Such a disappointment and a insult to other RN that due have compassion to the pain of others.
I opted to go to the new Kasier. Wasn’t really impressed with the ER. Waited over three hours before I was seen. Use the restroom in the ER it was very dirty. In total I was there over 11 hours. They said I was waiting on lab results. Hopefully I won’t have to use the ER again. Staff was friendly. One guy nurse was a little short with me when I asked for water. He pretty much ran out of the room and told me to wait. Never got any water. 🙄.
