My elderly mother is totally disabled, she needs assistance moving, going to the bathroom, she cannot walk without her walker and can not go very far, she CANNOT wheel herself in a wheelchair. She especially cannot for any of these things after a fall. You deny her having a care taker/loved one there to take care of these needs. Was taken there after a motorcycle accident. They sent me home today without my motorcycle coat that had my CADL and ATM card. Apparently they are still looking for it.

I did a covid test it suppose to take 2-4 days not a week or more pls fix it this is unacceptable people are suffering bcuz the almighty kaiser got a back log ... look kaiser problem solve this there is a way but I guess only the severe get fast track everyone should be on the fast track

RecommendedI have belonged to Kaiser for over 30 years. Started in Fontana then Santa Clara and now Santa Ana. The doctor's have saved my life and my husband's several times. i have always had pleasant nurses and doctors. Would recommend Kaiser to everyone.
