RecommendedThe medical staff in the surgical unit was very efficient and respectful. I do have to give major kudos to my Dr. Lauren Kimberly Ferrante she was very processional, efficient and caring. Of all the times I have had surgery, in and out of California, this was the first time a Dr. held and soothed my hand while waiting for the anesthesia to take effect. You're come highly recommended by me! Thank you!
Came to the new hospital and I’m not a happy person came in with severe upper abdominal pain and so far I’ve been waiting 2 hours 😣. All the people that were here before and after have been seen. Now a new wave of patients coming in, let’s see how much longer this is going to take 😡

I don’t recommend Kaiser for health care at all. In particular, mental health care means absolutely nothing to them. You’re better off taking your chances with a mental health hotline. Not a Kaiser mental health hotline.
Both parents came in via ambulance at the same time. Both were involved in a vehicular accident. Dad was able to walk and suffers lower back pain and minor chest pain. Mom was in a gurney w/ C-spine collar, c/o chest, neck, hip, and leg pain. Dad was able to get a room right away and got to see his doctor, get an X-ray, and pain meds on board within 15 minutes while it took them more than half an hour to only get an IV and a visit from her physician. Well years & years ago I was member in Kansas City they ware ok than I don’t know now everything change in the this country from one minute to Anther for Almighty 💵 They starts good they’ll have customer All of Sudden they’ll runs for almighty dollars💰 not costumer. That’s among all the Businesses.
Our experience turned into a bad experience, this is the place that Kaiser sent my Dad to go die. They released him to Together Hospice without knowing what the place looked like. Roaches , mold , patient with a hunting knife
A procedure should not be 1 1/2 hour late because floors weren't done drying from being waxed. Time to switch. This place is pathetic. Very annoyed.
