We had never been treated so good. Dr Cooper was great. She was thorough and genuinely cared. I was impressed!
Not only is this a beautiful and modern hospital, but everyone from the nurses to security are helpful and friendly. Kaiser truly raised the bar in providing a high-quality, positive experience.
Beautiful new facility but service from food staff was poor. Nurses were a mixed group ranging okay to great. Hopefully with time patient and visitor services will improve
