So, any way I can get my medical records without a run around? I'm no longer in San Diego. I can't request online unless I sign up for a KP plan?

Well, here is what care means at Kaiser Bakersfield. Care is scheduling major surgery to alleviate pain, then cancelling that surgery due to Coronavirus (understandable) and to help her out cut off her pain medications you prescribed for the 3 years it took get the surgery scheduled. And didn't even mention to is that they were gonna do it, gave no other pain Management ideas and won't return calls. So now she gets to be in agony and go through withdrawls. Makes you just wanna run out and join today doesn't it.

Thank you Kaiser ER Med Center San Diego. I was seen yesterday from 4;30-8pm. Excellent staff caring, efficient and professional. Thank you for all you do on a daily emergency basis. Stay safe and healthy. God bless you all first responders.
