Total crooks! I was quoted $150 for my a.c unit to be moved 5 feet and was charged over $300.00 after refusing to pay , they sued me in small claims court and won . How many others do they rip off?
Call customer when there are problems. Waiting over a week with no heat and really no response from them. Today 28 degrees.
Eric did a great job repairing a leaking water pipe this Sunday morning! Difficult location of the leak didn't slow him down. Thanks for the great service!!
Josiah came out to diagnose our furnace issues. Great service! He got us up and running with a temporary fix until the new parts arrive. We will definitely continue to use them!
I scheduled them to come clean out our vents. After keeping my wife waiting for two hours he said it would take too long because there was dog hair and he didn’t have the right tube with him. Poor service. It should be expected that if you are cleaning vents there could be dog hair in them, given how many people have dogs. The equipment needed should be brought to do the job the first time.
Only get your furnace here if u don’t care if it takes 3+ times to install it right, love talking to rude incompetent people that won’t schedule your inspection appts on the right day- twice, & want to pay for it yourself, since if they stall for long enough it’s not their responsibility anymore😖🤦♀️👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
