My new Lennox 10/9/20 furnace flunked city inspection 12/1/20. Problems finally diagnosed by your tech James 12/21/20 and parts supposedly ordered. I am still waiting and Jess, city inspector, still waiting for return calls from your salesman Richard who I paid cash to on 10/9/20.
Nate from K&S was fast, courteous and knowledgeable when our furnace wasn’t working. Got it up and running in no time.
The plumbing repair/replace was done quickly and professionally. The plumbing was friendly and knowledgeable, I was very happy and would recommend K&S.

Troy who was the technician was friendly and very knowledgeable on the repair he did. Also it was a fair price.
Cody came to our house and cleaned out our ducts. He was very polite and explained everything in detail. He was wonderful. If you have not had your ducts cleaned in a while consider using Cody at K&S. I highly recommend it.
