RecommendedEric, the serviceman was on time and efficient. He recognized and repaired the problem in minutes.
RecommendedThe technician was did a good job explaining what he was going to do for the duct cleaning. However, when cutting access holes in the ductwork, there were metal shards everywhere. While I expected some dirt, I did not expect metal shards everywhere. And he didn’t tell me , I found them after he left. Had I been informed , I could have gotten a drop cloth to collect the shards.
