RecommendedEric, the serviceman was on time and efficient. He recognized and repaired the problem in minutes.
The technician was did a good job explaining what he was going to do for the duct cleaning. However, when cutting access holes in the ductwork, there were metal shards everywhere. While I expected some dirt, I did not expect metal shards everywhere. And he didn’t tell me , I found them after he left. Had I been informed , I could have gotten a drop cloth to collect the shards.

They were polite, efficient, and fast. We did not realize they do not take American Express, and they let me mail in our payment- although that is not preferred! They were nice about it.
Needed a shower install, realized way past my comfort level. Guys came out this morning and replaced/plumbed in new hardware in under 2 hours. Super nice and dog liked them too!
