I truly just had one of the best service experiences ever! We lost heat last night at 1:30am. on a Sunday due to the inducer motor going out on our furnace. The technician was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and we had heat again by 5am. I should also mention, this was during a snow storm and he had to drive 50 minutes to reach us. I am truly impressed!
People who did the work were friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. The work done was exactly what we wanted.
Woke up to a cold house and saw my thermostat was off. Called K &S Heating and they sent Nate S. over. Though it wasn't great news to hear, Nate was very good at communicating with me to what the problem was and what I needed to do to fix it. Would recommend K & S Heating.
Cleaning Ducts was done in a systematic fashion and the representative wore a mask throughout the job. The representative Conducted himself in a professional manner.
We are doing a large remodel project. Bryan and his crew at K and S took the time to explain every option possible to get this very difficult project figured out. Throughout this project they have been professional, courteous and extremely prompt on returning calls and/or emails with our questions and concerns. I requested an in home estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner installation. They came the following day and gave me a good, reasonable estimate. Installation will follow.
K & S contacted me as soon as they got the referral from HSA (that was Friday evening)and set up my appointment for Monday bet 8-10 am. It was the earliest they can book me. I felt disappointed because this time is winter and it was freezing in my home. It’s all worth the wait. Jeff is amazing! He called to let me know he’s on his way.
