About a week or 2 ago we had K&S come out to our new house and inspect/maintenance our AC/Furnace. We learned that there was a CO2 leak and needed to replace the old system we had. Today, on the hottest day this summer, they showed up and did a full removal and install for us. They were very professional, courteous and didn't complain one time about the crappy weather. Their customer service goes way beyond expectations! When our heating/cooling sytem crashed yesterday, just in time for the hottest days of the summer, K&S came to the rescue. Richard, the salesman, helped us find the right replacement system very quickly, and somehow (magic?) found a crew to install it right away for us, inspite of them all being booked solid for the coming week. Tyler and James were here by 7:30 and had us nice and cool by noon, when they went on to theirr scheduled jobs. They are our heroes!!
ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL. We have used K&S for many years. We have lived in three different towns using their services. We live now in Owatonna, MN. 'Baby-face' Jacob visited us today to check out our AC. He was very professional and friendly, very helpful. Jokingly I asked if he knew how to fix computers--he actually was able to bring the laptop up! What a guy! We just had our annual check on the A/C. Josiah was so very informative and pleasant to deal with. K&S always does a good job, but we were even more impressed today.
I have called to report damage and carelessness in my home for over 3 weeks. The company will not return my calls. I would never use K&S for any service. They are not a quality company and do not care about the service they provide.
Prompt service! My heat went out sometime in the night, and I noticed around 8 am. Called and by 11 I was back in business. Thanks so much!
RecommendedK&S went beyond what would be expected to replace our 15+ year furnace. They fit us in for a service call on a Friday afternoon, sent an estimator out on a Sunday, and showed up Monday morning with a brand new furnace. Now it is Tuesday morning and we have a warm house again. Thank you K&S for your impeccable service every step of the way.
Since there is no way to message you about it i will put it here for others to see. One of your employees almost ran us off thr road around 645 am this morning on west circle. He was driving way to fast for what the road conditions are. Not the first time I have seen one of your vans driving like idiots either!
