My furnace shut down a week ago. My dad (who owns the house) called to have someone come take a look at what needed to be done. It's cold and I have every space heater running but can't get warm. Sleeping in many layers and under 8 thick blankets isn't working. K & S still hasn't returned any calls. We went to You Tube for answers and ordered the part that wasn't connecting. I'm sure we saved hundreds of dollars by using You Tube verses someone that isn't interested in returning customer calls. Not cool!
Called about an issue of specific rooms being cold. Was told, for $1300 they could fix the issue. Paid $1300. Still have cold rooms. Called to have problem re-evaluated. Still have not heard back from them, going on a month.
I would like to thank K&S Heating for their very prompt and helpful service. Our furnace went out Wednesday morning, so I called 3 of the bigger heating businesses in town hoping they would have enough personnel to come out fast seeing as the temps have been hovering around -10. They had someone that afternoon that basically put a band aid on it so we could have some heat until it could be replaced. Everything about our experience with K&S has been phenomenal. From our first introduction to the business at Costco, to Jesse coming over after hours to talk about all the different options, to James and Alex doing a fantastic job with the installation (and never balking at questions or when I mentioned the air conditioner should be moved closer to the house, when they were almost wrapping up)- I am astounded by how great this company is. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends!
2 years ago my furnace went out and I had another company come out and look at it they told me I needed a new furnace and would cost me $$$$$. A friend recommended me to call Brian at K&S so I did. Best decision I made. He came over after hours on his own time and I had heat in 20 mins. For little $$ very nice and professional thanks Brian. Highly recommend K&S!!
Our furnace was red tagged this past week, it ran for 42 years, by another HVAC business. We called K&S after 5 p.m. Tuesday night. Steve Connolly came to our house the next day and took the time to review our current system and go over our options and answer any questions we had. After selecting our new furnace, K&S came out the next day to install. Thank you for treating us like family. K&S helped deescalate a stressful situation. We will definitely continue to recommend K&S to all of our family and friends.
