After using K&S to install 3 furnaces and air conditioners in different homes over 32 years, we won't be recommending them to anyone or using their services anymore. The customer service has gone downhill. They installed a furnace for us at Christmas, have us a bid that included venting out the top of the house, but then they vented it out the side. I always call K&S, always friendly, on time, professional, and have done great work for me. I'm not sure why there are some bad reviews, every experience I have had has been excellent. I wouldn't call anyone else for my hvac. thank you for getting me thermostat working again!
We used K & S for a furnace and central air installation. It took a month and several requests for them to complete our bid. Once they came to do the install, the installers had no work order and were unsure of what had been discussed with us. They left a huge mess in our home. They showed up without the correct supplies, twice. One installer argued on a personal call several times outside our home. They did not complete the job per our request. About 1 week ago Larry and Kyle installed a new gas line to my kitchen and a water line to the fridge. While there they discovered a leaky water heater. During the same visit it was replaced. The service was excellent. They arrived on time and finished quickly. Highly recommended!

We were having our carpeting replaced today and had to remove the covers to the floor vents. Our new kitten decided to jump down into one of the vents and we couldn't get him out. We didn't know what to do. Could not hear or see were he went. So, I called around town looking for help....but other heating and air companies couldn't get to us soon enough.
