Called for a quote today. I had a message taken and was told they would call me back because everyone was busy... 5 hours later I missed a phone call by one ring, called back shortly after that call and was left on hold for ten minutes before the same person "answered the call" asking how they could help. Maybe they can get back to me after this awesome review of their lack of service.
This is far and away the most helpful experience I have ever had with a heating contractor. As a residential maintenance technician, I have dealt with many HVAC contractors in the past. K&S has exceeded them all in every way. We are dealing with uncaring warranty company, and if Brian Keehn didn't step in and assist (which he didn't have to), my family would freeze to death before we'd get our furnace replaced. I actually respect this firm so much, I have applied to join their organization. Thank you, K&S for all your help.
I am a "real" customer, have had K & S do service work at my home on 3 occasions, install central air/furnace and air conditioner and furnace repair. The staff on phone followed through with my requests, service personnel were on time and seemed competent, and presented themselves in a very professional manner.

There are not enough words to describe their personnel & service. Every one that has been involved in the situation from phone calls to coming to the house for repairs and replacement etc have been 1,000% plus - kind, helpful, courteous, empathetic, efficient, professional, & all have gone above and beyond the call of duty. If you want outstanding service then these are you guys! Hats off to them!!!
K&S has no respect for their customers and could care less about quality in their work. I had them to my house, to diagnose a water heater. The diagnoses was wrong, and I had to pay somone else to do the job. When called about my bill trying to be reasonable since THEY were wrong, and nothing worked. I got BLAMED, spoken very RUDELY too, and then HUNG UP ON! I called the next day asking to talk somone higher then her, and the lady (MARILYN) refused to let me speak to somone. I was outright lied to by one of this company's employees. He openly admitted to "jerking me around." I finally have a functioning system, but I would never recommend anyone to this company! I was misled in regards to the quality of work and the whole process of getting the system installed! How they are affiliated with Costco I will never understand! These guys make all the other companies look awesome! Do not use these people for anything!!
Update: Just don't bother. Person has been "sick" three times in a row. No offer to re-schedule, just.....nothing.
