I would not use this company for any duct work. There was no improvement to the air flow in my upstairs and main living room. I called to complain and they never returned to fix it. I’ve had other companies come and ponder how they went about it. The funny thing is they left K&S stickers all over it.
I put in a service order with American Home Shield. They dispatched K&S Heating and Air Conditioning to address the service call. They replaced the capacitor and it began cooling. This only lasted for a day and a half and the air conditioner failed again. I attempted to reach K&S directly that the air conditioning failed once again and it only ran a day and a half. Katie, K&S would have been happy to return to your home and provide the necessary repair when you had the additional problem, but American Home Shield “did not” contact us on your behalf. Let me explain. As an American Home Shield contractor, we have a daily maximum/quota that they send to us. Right from the first call to the Office when I talked to Kelly To request a technician to come out and repair my old compressor. Very pleasant and knowledgeable, and set up a service call for that evening. Justin showed up about an hour later ! Had the AC Compressor up and running in about 20 minutes. RecommendedWe had Chris and Adam come and replace our whole unit. They were quick, efficient and professional. They handled having a dog, an 8 year old and a newborn baby all in the house while they were working. We also had wonderful interactions with Kelly from the office.
