Thank you for such great service! We had a tech out on Friday, November 27, because our furnace was not producing heat. He evaluated the problem quickly and let us know our options - which we chose to go with the repair that would be covered by our home warranty. Yesterday the parts finally arrived and they were prompt in scheduling the follow up to complete the repair. Scott O. cleaned our furnace ducts and dryer vent. He was very friendly and explained all procedures and charges before starting and answered our questions. And we were able to see how much was extracted when he was done. A great job!
Fast and competent service coupled with reasonable pricing.
I had a AC service through American Home Shield and they dispatched K & S Heating out. the initial response was good and the tech who did the first inspection was good.....but once I got my notice from AHS that there was "fees" not covered and I would have to pay. well those fees are excessively over priced. I had to pay $150 for a plastic base. which is much much cheaper anywhere else. $100 for locking caps which buying in bulk is like $8 a piece. $250 for electrical MODs which they never changed anything and only sent out ... read more
Fair pricing,let customer know up front about 100 initial charge even if no work is done. Also better customer service when there is an issue would be nice.
