Overall...this an ok JW Marriott but the property often struggles with delivering a consistent guest experience. Some front desk staff are amazing while some at Gold and Platinum check-in are lack luster. With so many staff I would designate top performers for this top tier position...the pool is amazing and the deck is great if no special venues block off a large portion of the outside space.
