It is a really nice hotel to stay at. There was a mix up but I was accommodated. CK at the desk was absolutely amazing very nice. I felt bad cause the manager left her to talk with me about the mix and be the go between. But she did a great job. Just wish that her manager would have given her more support. I would stay there again in a heart beat! As long as CK is the one that helped me.
I was part of a huge group at the hotel. We had mml failures. But I must say there are a few rock stars that provide excellent quality of service. Server Tyler and Hostess Moranda are the best. Thank you for making a difference. It matters and noticed.
My 6 night stay for a conference started off with a room not made to JWM standards (trash in room, amenities missing), front desk Info provided was wrong (FedEx on 5th FL does NOT sell stamps), Check-in to two follow-ups to correct billing, 2 fire alarms & pool emptied twice at the only time I was available to swim. Staff at banquet was consistently horrible-spilled cream on the person sitting next to me & I had to ask for a clean chair as she rushed to “save” her new dress. This is by far, the best chain hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff has rolled out the red carpet for DKG sisters. Not a rude person to be found. The food is fantastic and Berry Austin is just down the street!
