Beautiful hotel, lovely views from the 28th floor!
Room was clean, view was outstanding. However they closed the pool due to 10 minutes of light night. The front desk staff Boti was rude and told my father and I the pool would be closed the rest of the evening/night. We asked him to please check the radar as we had been sitting outside for an hour and there was no rain, thunder or lightning. I could easily give 5 stars because of how beautiful the hotel is but I feel obligated to not dish out 5 stars without being honest about a couple thIngs. The biggest one is that the rollaway bed is horrendous! Nothing but springs in an encasement. My 10 yr old said he had the worst sleep of his life. We had originally booked a double queen corner room and then requested a high floor. When we checked in the high floor wasn’t available so we switched to a king on the 33rd floor with a rollaway. The hotel is beautiful, walking distance to great restaurants, and excellent staff. Love the rooftop pool and having a cabana provided wonderful shade for a delicious lunch. The friend I was staying with had executive lounge privileges that provided us a generous breakfast each morning and complimentary beverages. My daughter is moving to Austin and so I will definitely be a returning guest to the JW!
Loved the staff, beautiful hotel. Pool was nice, only advice would maybe add a small pool for kids.. other than the kids splashing and annoying all the adults it was a fun experience. Will definitely be back again!
Definitely luxurious accommodations. But what really makes you feel special is the staff. Outstanding!
