The JW Marriott Austin in hands down the best hotel in the city. Not only is it beautiful but everything is amazing from the staff, to the rooms, quality and comfort, and food! We love having our stay cations here.
Hands down the best place to host an event. Th JW made the experience seamless. Every request was met with yes it's my pleasure and was done within 5 minutes. Thank you Mary, Krista and everyone else who made us look good!
My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the view was good. However, twice I tried to get ice delivered--the first time I called and canceled when it hadn't been delivered after an hour, the second time they brought ice bags after about 30 minutes, but then it only took them a couple of minutes to bring the ice. Other than that, great hotel, great time!
The rating would have been much higher because this is a beautiful property but the party going on out in the hall was a bit over the top at 1:30am. Who am I to spoil the kids’ fun because I don’t want to be ‘that guy’. It wouldn’t have been an issue if they could just stay in their room but when drunkenness becomes sad and embarrassing for everyone else it is time for an adult to step in.
