Stayed on the 3rd floor and people were fighting next door, slamming doors, carpet in hall way was dirty, no bulbs in lamps, toilet didn’t flush and room door was hard to open. Outside view from our window was a nasty have full green poolAnd hot tub. Hall way smelled like weed was being smoked. Glad we only booked one night, didn’t feel safe and would not recommend to anyone.

They don’t care about owners or guests. Waiting 3 days for a manager to call me back. Excuse is they are always on the phone.

Beautiful resort and convenient location, however disappointed in our overall stay and lack of customer service. Very difficult to get in contact with front desk and housekeeping. Long wait times to speak to anybody - up to 30 minutes at times. Weeks prior to check in, I had requested a crib for my son. At check in, I was assured that a crib would be delivered “within minutes” (it was late and my 1 year old was exhausted from traveling). It took almost 90 minutes for a crib to be delivered. Recommendedgorgeous place to stay. we had a kitchen and bought food, but the resort provided soaps for dishes and the washing machine. tennis courts are lovely as are the pools. comfy beds with delicious pillows, too.
