Was recently there for SXSW and very impressed. A big shout out to Christopher Clark for his exceptional customer service. I had lost my phone at the hotel and not only did he help me stay calm but said he wouldn’t leave my side until we found it. He did just that. I had asked a couple other people about my phone before Chris but they didn’t seem to care.
