I liked it a lot. Beautiful views, comfortable bed, loved the walk-in shower. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The bar area was lively. Only issue is the bathroom sliding door kept sliding open which became awkward at times and in the executive lounge there was a hair on the fruit serving spoons. But other than that, great.
The room was wonderful the service was great and the concierge was outstanding RAH
Hotel was very nice. Enjoyed drinks at The Corner bar although wine was a bit expensive ($12 plus a glass). Hotel room was on the 24th floor on corner with great Lake view. Hair dryer didn't work so my husband had to go to work with wet hair and I didn't wash my hair. Receptionist said sorry, but didn't seem that concerned. Parking was $47 which was way too much. Booked Romance Package and confirmation letter said I can do late check-out at 3pm, but front desk says they can only do 1pm. Upon learning this days later, the team offered coupons for compensation. Kudos!
