First time here, beautiful hotel! Ate lunch at corner bar, food was great and Dylan was fantastic!
Not as good it was in previous stays there!!! Staff were curt, definitely not the hospitality I received on other stays there.
The JW was a great place to stay. The employees were very friendly. There were ample employees located throughout the hotel to help whenever you need it. The rooms were very nice. The food was really good but a bit overpriced. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Austin downtown area.
Disappointed that after making my reservation online, I called the reservation # and was promised an upgrade to a king size bed, better room. Obviously, that didn’t happen when I checked in earlier today
A clean and inviting facility, but don't plan on sleeping with the downtown partiers roaming the hallways at 3 a.m. For a high-end hotel, it has the poorest external sound insulation of any hotel in which I have stayed. For the cost of the room, you really should be able to get a decent night's sleep.
This property is simply AMAZING! The Front Desk staff immediately greeted you and escorted you for Check-in....My room was immaculate....Thank You!
