Despite an incident at The Corner restaurant we always enjoy our stay at JW
They had a special needs man at Valet and he was amazing he got us our car right away and was so helpful because I didn't have my valet ticket. The room was so nice and we got turndown service for my mom. I surprised her for her bday and this hotel is amazing!!
Only negative is their APP. Frnt desk was great . Found my Marriott Rewards. Call suppport found my account there. Emailed me points . Still cant access account. 22 year member. Austin is great,
My room is beautiful, clean and stylish. The hotel has an amazing spa, pool and plenty of tasteful restaurants.
