Hotel is wonderful! Kind, friendly and helpful staff. The Corner Star restaurant is the most awful of awful. Hideous staff and service! The menu is pretty extensive and looks good, but looks can be VERY deceiving!! The watermelon and tomato salad was so salty - it was inedible and that happened with multiple people over a course of three days. The worst part about it was they took it off the bill each time, but never made the salad right!!! Whom ever is on the line prepping that salad needs a lesson in seasoning!! Disgusting... read more
Got two rooms with them last weekend. We are happy in general, the pool was very nice and service was great... if the valet hadn't kept moving my friend's Ferrari, somehow it took two people to move it... it would have be 5 stars.
Still my favorite place to stay in Austin! We never had to leave the hotel!
