My wife and I spent 2 nights at the JW and the whole experience was first class. The customer service and attentiveness was great. Valet attendants were quick and courteous. When we checked in the concierge walked us around the hotel. We had access to the executive lounge which was totally worth the upgrade as they serve breakfast and snacks and drinks throughout the day. The Corner restaurant was delicious. We stay here often and really like the friendly staff, ultra clean rooms, and proximity to entertainment and dining. Double check the Concierge's directions though. He got it ALL wrong. The outdoor bar is SOOOOOO relaxing!

I had the opportunity of doing wedding hair/makeup in their beautiful Presidential Suite. All I can say is Wow!!! Beautiful rooms, outstanding views and incredible service. The valet was particularly helpful and efficient!
Overpriced. The sound of the doorbell was horrible. The shower needs facelift, and so is the carpet.
