Great hotel but parking is a little pricey. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Top notch accomodations in the heart of downtown Austin. Incredible eats ... EVERYWHERE. Cooper's Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que right next to the hotel. I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E BBQ but dessert innovation I hadn't experience before - Pecan Cobbler.
One of my most favorite JW Hotels. Modern rooms and an excellent city view. Beautiful gold member lounge (why don't put that on the 23rd floor)? �
My Son and I were in Austin for the First time ever for RTX, We enjoyed our stay tremendously, The Front Dest Staff Day Manager and Bell Service were Amazing very Friendly and Extremely Helpful, The Night Front Desk Staff and Bell Services Not so much, they were a bit rude and not very helpful, The Night Manager, however, was Friendly and Helpful, We will be staying here again for Next years RTX and I am already recommending this as the Place to stay for RTX Weekend!
