I was just here for my company's convention and I can't tell you how incredible the staff at the JW Marriott in Austin truly is! Every employee there went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We had an incredible time and the facility is absolutely stellar! Thank you to the manager and everyone who was so hospitable! LimeLight Beauty Guides appreciate you!
As a Marriott Platinum member we were very disappointed in this hotel. Couldn't find a bellman, valet. We hauled our suitcases in 2-70 pounders and two carry on's .Very crowded at the front desk. No one at the members desk. We finally go checked in. When I slightly complained to a staff member she said Oh Snap! Sorry and walked off....? Then they had the nerve to ask you to pay for drinks in the executive lounge. No where in the world have we ever been ask to pay! We will never return to that hotel.
I loved it. Very clean, everyone we encountered that worked there was so pleasant. The rooms were nice and lg.
Had a beautiful stay and ate excellent food. Thank you for helping us have an excellent time while we were in Austin.
Such a wonderful staff always ready to help. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Loved the caprese salad at the Italian restaurant.
Excellent hosts to Limelight Palooza 2017!!!! Staff was friendly and very helpful. The pillows are the best ever. I wonder what kind they are??
