I have been here all weekend with a work conference. I just cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff goes an extra mile with everything- from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. It is my wish that every patron could see from the opposite side of the spectrum like I have been able to, having worked in various aspects of the public for over half of my life. Beautiful hotel, but the customer service is TERRIBLE! We got stuck in an elevator and it took them over 27 minutes to even get someone to us to help! Even when we told them we had two women having medical issues/panic attacks. Also, there is NEVER any concierge available and the staff is rude and not helpful. Rooms and conference rooms are gorgeous and clean. If the service and support was better it would be a great hotel.
Too expensive for whats it is. I had better stay for lower price U have to pay for the wifi, .... Roomcleaner knocking at 8:30 am Ouch never again
We enjoyed a nice stay....kids activities too! I was allowed to use my government rate on a weekend for a lovely comfortable room!
Awesome get away with my husband. The service was excellent at every turn. What I would expect from the JW brand. Special shout out to Omar Almonte in Loss Prevention who helped us out when our first room had a problem. Will definitely return.
