The directions around the hotel is clear giving easy access to the amenities. But the locations of the meeting room and the restrooms are too far apart.
If you have no occasion to go then create an occasion and book a night at the JW. You will love the experience.
Great accommodations and great service from the greeters to the front desk and at the pool bar. My only complaint is the god awful music that is played in the lobby and at the pool. It's worse than elevator music
Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly and the pool is fabulous! Heather waited on us in Cabana 3 and she did an exceptional job! We later had dinner in the Italian restaurant downstairs and it was delicious! The wine recommendations paired with our food perfectly. I will be back again soon!
I've stayed here for all my business trips to Austin and the bed is heaven!! Also love how dark the room stays once curtains are closed (for vampires like me who don't like the sun waking us up!) Great selections of restaurants and Starbucks, very convenient for those traveling for business purpose. Since it's located in the heart of Downtown with great surroundings, I understand the price point for the stay, though parking is expensive for valet or self-park--that's just a pet peeve of mine!! The rooms have such a fun, contemporary decor. Our room was spotless. The hotel has many options for eating & drinking. The pool area is quite nice. The location is prime and provides for easy walking to many desirable stops.
Great staff !! Incredible property. Everyone I came in contact with went well above the call of duty .
