Had a wonderful experience! Took my daughter and friends here for her 14th birthday. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. One of the best hotels I've been to in the Austin Area.
Very nice hotel. Stayed in a skyline view room (top floor, 34th) with access to the executive lounge. I was disappointed that the executive lounge does not offer complementary beer and wine, at least during happy hour like most lounges do. The rooms are nice and clean and the 34th floor has a great view with floor to ceiling windows. As she me others said, the walls are thin and we were awakened or kept awake two of the three nights of our stay by loud parties in the presidential suites to both sides of our regular room.
