The short wait time and the warmth reception of Dr shrout
Everyone very friendly and professional. Dr Shrout explained what my problem was and fixed me in this single visit. My shoulder has never felt better. Thank you to everyone involved.

Dr. Shrout was awful. I chose him based on his positive reviews but was sorely disappointed. His only suggestion after doing a few mobility tests was to quit the sport I love so much. He had no alternative solutions and didn't even allow me to go get PT when I asked for it to help with pain and mobility. He seems sick of his job and was going through the motions (this was June 2023). Definitely do not recommend him to anyone. What kind of ortho doctor refuses PT to a patient in pain?!
The receptionist were quick and professional. The doctor assistants were professional and the Dr. Shrout give me a diagnosis and the treatment the same day. The diagnosis was given to me in a very understanding down to earth way.
I met with Dr. Shrout to discuss possible surgery for my shoulder. He took his time in listening to my concerns and provided great information on the surgery and recovery time. We decided to delay surgery and he gave me an injection of cortisone to relive the pain.
Dr Shrout examined my thumb sprain quickly but thoroughly and put my mind at ease that there weren't further complications. Thanks very much!
Very favorable experience. He provided treatment for my tennis elbow (from painting and other activities). Pain is gone. Also educated me on how to avoid this happening again, managing activities etc... high recommend.
