Very efficient and professional process from check in to checkout. I was out within an hour of my appointment time and included professional and friendly examination, x rays, diagnosis and treatment plan (physio) explained.

I saw Dr. Shrout in the Rockville office. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen almost immediately after arriving. The assistant was pleasant when asking me initial questions about my visit. The radiologist was very nice and competent. Dr. Shrout saw me promptly. He has a warm bedside manner. He listened to what I was saying and responded to each question thoughtfully. I did not feel rushed. He explained everything carefully and made me feel comfortable with the diagnosis and treatment plan.
Dr. Shrout has a great demeanor with patients. He is kind and thorough. He doesn’t rush through your appointment. He gives you the time and space to feel heard. His experience in his field allows him to offer quick and useful solutions to facilitate you healing. He doesn't push his suggestions on you and gives you valuable choices to aid in your recovery. I highly recommend him. The front office can be somewhat challenging as well as billing but the hurdles are worth getting to Dr. Shrout for the best care.
