Just leased another RAV4 from here. My 2nd time back to see Dave and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I live in Milwaukee but come to East Madison Toyota for my car needs. Great service, great atmosphere and Dave is fantastic to work with. He's friendly and informative and you can tell he wants the best for his customers.
They fixed the nail hole in my tire quickly. I was also thankful for the phone chargers in the waiting room. Would highly recommend.
Stopped by to look at a used SUV and fairly certain they tried a bait and switch. When I asked them to look for financing the price of the car went up almost $10,000 from what was hanging in the window. When I asked why it was now more expensive they said the tag was hanging in the wrong car. Oddly enough, the vehicle they claimed it was supposed to be in was not listed in their inventory online.
Absolutely the best buying experience i have ever had. Shane is hands down the most down to earth guy you could have as a salesman. Will not pressure you into anything and gets straight to the point, but he will lay out ALL of your extra options and upgrades and let you decide what is best. His main priority is to satisfy you as the customer, and will stop at nothing less!! Went above and beyond what i could ask for. Thank you shane and the rest of the East madison toyota crew!!
