Shane Sorenson is a great salesman and provided my husband and I with great customer service. Although we chose to go with a vehicle at another dealership, we truly appreciated the time and effort Shane put in to help us decide which vehicle was the best fit for us.

I brought my car in for maintenance and new tires and was out of there in no time. I respected the honest service provided by Skyler. He didn't abuse my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars, and only sold me the parts i needed to keep my car on the road. Haven't had any problems since.
I will say Shane absolutely blew me away. I am shopping, but he mad me feel So comfortable. I am 36, never had a car payment, always paid then out right. My dad always helped me, but passed away. I am gun shy, but he is making me feel comfortable!! Appreciate you giving the time !
I feel comfortable going to East Madison Toyota. Skyler Gilbertson really listens to my concerns and then explains my options to me so I can make an informed decision. He is very knowledgable about his job, which makes me feel good about coming to this service department. Skyler even helped me decide what car to buy. I do recommend East Madison Toyota to friends.
So worth the drive to Madison. Be sure to ask for Shane as your salesman...he's the best. No pressure, makes you feel important, truly loves his job. Most definitely a people person.
