A great car buying experience.
My first time buying a brand new car and they made it so easy. They gave me straight forward answers and backed off when I said I needed to discuss something privately with my parents who were helping me with the process. Once I purchased my car, the service department has been amazing. I had to get my CD player replaced but they stepped up and helped me out. Getting regular maintenance has also been a breeze. I feel like they really want to help me take care of my car.
Leased a new Rav4 today working with salesman Mike Rick, who is terrific!!! Totally painless, pleasant experience. Rudy, on the finance end, the same. This is my second Toyota from here, I've always been happy with people, place, attitude and Toyota reliability. Finally had to say good bye to my 2003 Highlander at 185,000 miles :'(

Today I visited the service center for some issues with my car. Both Doug Morrill (I believe he is a manager) and Sawyer (who worked a desk in the service center) helped me out and gave me excellent customer service. They were very friendly and helpful. I received a great deal for my repairs and would highly recommend East Madison Toyota to anyone looking for a new car or repairing an old one!
My husband and I just purchased a 2015 Toyota Sienna. The whole process went smoothly and everyone was very helpful. Each employee took their time with us and went through each step of the process thoroughly. Even after we signed all of our paperwork another employee came and walked us through how to set up all the fancy technology on our new vehicle. It was truly an amazing experience all around.
